Energy Boosting Bliss Balls

Energy Boosting Bliss Balls 

Serves: 16 balls 


  • 1 cup of medjool dates, pitted 
  • 1 cup of roasted almonds 
  • ½ cup of shredded coconut 
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract 
  • ¼ cup of activated buckwheat 
  • 1 cup of oats
  • Pinch of salt 


1 - Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined. If the consistency is too soft, add additional oats. Alternatively, if you feel it’s too dry, add extra almond butter.

2 - Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place onto a lined baking tray. 

3 - Place the balls into the fridge (or freezer) to set
