Everything you need to know about our 21 Day Transformation

Our most transformative program yet, a total mind and body reset. 


Brooke and Han have created this program for any members looking to refresh their exercise routine, nourish their body, build muscle strength and tone and enjoy rolling out their mat each day. 


Consistency is key when it comes to Pilates, so we have created this program to motivate and inspire our members to move their body each day. The classes are well balanced throughout the program so that you work your body in different ways, focusing on different areas and using a variety of repertoire in each class. 


All 21 classes are brand new and were created specifically for this program. You will begin each week with a full body flow class, a style of Pilates that works you from top to toe and has that perfect balance of stretch and burn. Next you have a shorter, higher intensity class designed to make you work hard plus a 20-30 minute walk or run. Day three is a band burner class to really get those muscles working. Day four is a mini class that hones in on a specific area of your body, plus a 20-30 minute walk or run. Next you have a HIIT or cardio-style class that will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling puffed and sweaty. Day six of the week is another full body workout, focusing on muscle tone and strength and we finish each week off with a gentle stretching class to nurture and reward your body after all that hard work. 


This program is designed for anyone who has some experience in Pilates and wants to see and feel results. The classes are an intermediate level and although some are cardio-style, there are always options to keep them low impact. If you are new to Pilates, we suggest you begin with our Foundations Program and move onto this once you are familiar with the repertoire and Han’s teaching style. 


Han has also filmed a series of meditations and breathing exercises to help you switch off, unwind and get in tune with your body. We suggest a mid-week mindfulness session to balance out your week, but these can be done on any day that works for you. 


In addition to the classes and mindfulness sessions, we have also created a 21 day meal plan to help you nourish your body inside and out. At Our Pilates, we believe that food should be fun, enjoyable and easy to prepare. The meals we have selected are the ones we enjoy most and hope that you love them too. You will find a variety of different options and you are more than welcome to switch the meals around to suit your week and personal preferences.
