What is the Power Burn Challenge?
We turn up the heat with this challenge designed to make you work HARD using a combination of cardio-based exercises with muscle-toning strength-work. Alys has created 7 BRAND NEW classes specifically for this challenge to take your Pilates fitness to the next level. All classes are from our new Strength and Sweat category, our highest intensity collection of classes yet.

Don’t let Alys' sweet smile fool you. Expect to work every muscle in your body and feel those endorphins fly in this motivating and energising series of classes. Whether you’ve been in a bit of an exercise rut and need the boost or you’ve been moving regularly and are looking for a way to level up your routine, this challenge is for you.

Where will I find the challenge online?
We have made a small change to the way you view and take part in our challenges. This new challenge feature will mean you will be able to see all the challenge content as well as track and view your progress. You will find all challenges moving forward on the 'Community' page. See below.

How to find on our App: Open the Our Pilates app. Click Community. Scroll down to the 'Private' heading and under this you will see power-burn-challenge. 

How to find on our website: Navigate to our Home Page. Click 'COMMUNITY' in the navigation heading. Scroll down to the 'Private' heading and under this you will see power-burn-challenge.  

When does it start?
Power Burn Challenge begins 11th November. Make sure you click JOIN to be a part of our spiciest challenge yet.

How many days is the challenge?
This is a short and spicy 7 day challenge.

How do I join the challenge?
This is a private challenge for members only. To take part in the challenge you must have an active subscription (this includes any members who are 'in trial'). If you are not yet a member you can join here.

If you are already a member:
- Visit our Community page, scroll down to 'power-burn-challenge' click 'Join'
- All challenge content will be available on November 11th

Is there a pregnancy friendly option?
As always we have a pregnancy friendly challenge option. You will find the prenatal Power Burn challenge on our usual class catalogue page here.

How many workouts?
Power Burn Challenge is a 7 day challenge with a class each day. The pregnancy friendly option will offer rest days as needed.

Do I have to be a member?
Yes, in order to take part in this private member only challenge you must have an active subscription (this includes any members who are 'in trial'). If you are not yet a member, you can join here.

Will I get access to the whole platform when I join?
Yes, every membership 
option will give you complete access to our entire platform including all programs and challenges. We have a 7 day free trial and you can cancel anytime.
